CONVERTING CT's CQ WW DX Contest-Log to IARU HF WORLD Championship-LOG
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.0 SUBJECT
============
QWCTIARU.EXE converts the K1EA CT CQWW <LOG>.ALL to the required
IARU-Log (also for ASCII-File on DISK).
2.0 LOGGING
============
Enter instead of the CQ-Zone the ITU-Zone in the zone-field.
Zones > 40 are possible.
The society-abbreviation of HQ-stations log on a piece of paper!
3.0 CONVERT
===========
3.1 You need
------------
- the <FILE>.ALL from CT (with WRITELOG-Cmd)
- a true ASCII-file where you save the HQ-call
PLUS HQ-report which you worked.
(you cannot log the club-abbr. in the zone-field)
3.2 HQ.STN - File
-----------------
Create that file with your textsystem, you HAVE to use the filename
<HQ.STN>
you have to use following format:
<CALL><BLANK><SOCIETY>
e.g.:
DA0HQ DARC
HG73DX MRASZ
YP0A FRR
: : :
: : '---------------- Club Report
: '------------------- ONE blank
'---------------------- HQ-call starting in column 1 !
3.3 Starting The Program
------------------------
>qwctiaru <FILE> <ZONE> <CATEGORY>
>qwctiaru iaru91 28 SO/CW <RETURN>
: : : :
: : : '----------------- YOUR category (SO/MIXED, SO/SSB ...)
: : '---------------------- YOUR ITU-Zone
: '--------------------------- File-Name (IARU91(.ALL))
'----------------------------------- Program-Name
3.4 Files
---------
<FILE>.ALL - Your ASCII-Log from CT
<FILE>.WCL - Your W'Championship-Log from QWCTIARU.EXE
<FILE>.WCS - Your W'Championship-Summary from QWCTIARU.EXE
HQ.STN - Your HQ-callsign & report file
4.0 GOOD LUCK
=============
This PGM works good with my cw-log. I thin it also will work with SSB.
If there a specialties in YOUR log but not in mine then let me know!
Feel free to contact me if you have any troubles!
